Dill Dip
Ingredients:
- 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 ½ Tsp Dill
- 1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tsp Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
Directions:
1 ) Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2) Mix well.
3) Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 8-24 hours
4) Enjoy!!
Just remember that it needs to rest for at least 8 hours (24 hours is best) so the flavors all meld. This isn't a very healthy dip and I have tried to use reduced fat and Fat free Mayo and Sour Cream but the flavor just isn't there. As always fresh ingredients is best but dry does just fine in this recipe. This dip goes well with veggies and my wife loves it with cheese. I particularly love this dip and am trying to tweak it to be a Salad Dressing as well. Hope you like it!
