Spicy Steak Rub

        Marinating meat before cooking is almost always the way to go.  However sometimes you didn't figure out what your were going to cook, or you get home late and weren't able to let the meat soak in the liquid goodness even for the minimum time. This happened all the time at my house when I was in the Navy. both my wife and I would be coming home from the naval hospital and be dead tired...hmm maybe that was a bad choice of woods, anyway.

Well I've been down with a Migraine now for 5 days and it is still going on. But as we all know even though you may be down the family and yourself still need to eat. We had chicken down and I had no idea what I was going to do with it because I didn't want to have to stand in the kitchen all night. While looking in the dry goods cabinet and came across this marinade I have used before for Bar-B-Q.
